Privately Own Cabin Park

The park has 113 privately owned cabins, with new sites available. River side cabins boast magnificent views of the mighty Murray or a choice of canal sites surrounding the 9 hole golf course with a tranquil setting of water and river red gums. These holiday cabins are self-contained and available for purchase with annual site fees, or for private hire through existing cabin owners.

Boating, bush walking, bird watching and water sports are some of the area’s main attractions. Fishing is also a popular activity, with the Mathoura Fishing Classic being held each year at Tarragon Lodge early in March. This event draws fishing enthusiasts from throughout the nation and is held to raise funds to restock the rivers with native fish, whilst also providing entrants with the opportunity to experience a great family event in a fantastic location. Smaller adjoining rivers such as the Edwards and the Gulpa creek are located nearby, providing great opportunity to find your secret fishing spot. A boat ramps is available to set your tinny afloat and cruise the waters in search of that next big catch.
